In the middle of the forest you can find this quietly located 10-person nature house. The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful nature. This cottage is not on a park or campsite, but free in the forest, so you can fully enjoy the peace, space and privacy. The cottage has a private driveway and paving around the entire house. There is also a seating area (with garden furniture) to take a break in the open air in the quiet area. This nature house has everything you need to unwind and has recently been equipped with a beautiful conservatory that provides lots of light and atmosphere. You only have to walk down the driveway and you are already in the Springendal, one of the most famous nature reserves in the region. About 200 meters from this house is nature house 13165. The wifi is free. There is a shed where you can charge the bikes. Of course it can be locked. There is also a fire pit. A trampoline and swings.

Our recreation house is located in the middle of nature reserve Het Springendal and the Valley of the Moss Brook. It is the highest part of Twente located about 75 meters above sea level where the landscape is rolling. From the living room you look over the ash trees. The nature reserves are in the backyard. The garden of the Netherlands is the nickname of this piece of Twente. Picturesque seepage ponds, waterfalls and narrow streams in the middle of the forest provide a romantic sight. Hills, meadows, lakes, hay fields, moors and historic farms complete the picture. There are several routes here and you can also walk with a guide. The town of Ootmarsum is known for its art. (Tom Schulten, Annemarie Punt and so on) Within walking distance you will find the mill of Bels, Frans and the Mast. There are also good restaurants like the Watermolen Bels, De Liskoel, Gasterij de Bakker or eetcafe Bolscher.
