There is plenty of space around with a cozy terrace and unobstructed views over the meadows. You experience here still real silence and evening a beautiful starry sky to admire. In the meadows, sage cattle walk and everywhere there are beautiful flowers on the roadsides. You can walk and bike for hours undisturbed with many views. The picturesque villages and beautiful cities invite you to visit. At the local markets you can buy many brocante and regional products. The famous "Foret de tronçais" is known for its ancient oaks,beautiful forests and lakes with a variety of flora and fauna. From spring to autumn you can enjoy a variety of birds of prey and songbirds. You can also take a 10 km canoe trip on the Cher and enjoy the tranquility. There are also many lakes, located in the nearby nature reserve, where you can enjoy (free) swimming and fishing (carp). The nearest lake is (5 to 10 min away) at the village of St.Bonnet Tronçais. It has a sandy beach, playground and swimming pool with slide. Surfing is also allowed in many lakes and often there are wonderfully sheltered places to cast your fishing rod. Are you a lover of golf? Then you can go to the golf course of 'Val du Cher'20 minutes away. For those who like challenges there is an Adventure Park nearby and for a great day out there is a zoo with amusement park nearby. The Beauval animal park is also highly recommended. Among other things, there are beautiful gardens to see and, of course, you can find a lovely picnic area in this beautiful area to enjoy peace and quiet.
