This location is a great base for many opportunities, both in nature, for relaxation and in sports and cultural areas. When crossing the road you will come to the nature / recreation area ''Kievietsveld''. This area consists of two large lakes and a number of former trout breeding ponds, which are returned to nature. Rare waterfowl, herons and birds of prey live in this area. The landlords have also signaled a stoat and a beaver. There is a special variety of vegetation and design of sand and clay soils.
