The ruralhut was built in the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2012. The house is completely detached and has a private garden of 1000 m². There are three bedrooms in the house, two with a large double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a large living room with fireplace and an open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Additionality there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi. The large private garden with garden furniture has a nice covered terrace.
Nature and surroundings
The closest neighbors are 100 meters away. Guests may use the swimming pool on the property 180 meters away. The owner lives on the nearby 200-hectare estate. During the summer, the temperatures usually range between 25 °C and 30 °C. It is a country climate, which means that the temperatures are high during summer with little rain and are low in the winter. There are countless of nice villages in the surrounding area. It is still very authentic here with relatively little tourism. Autun is a nice town located 20 kilometers away from this cottage, you can also find bio stores here. This town also has a great food market twice a week. Beaune is “the city of Burgundy” and is located 75 kilometers away, ideal for a day out.
