This is an authentic Alentejan nature house. It consists of three attached cottages, beautifully situated in the midst of unspoiled nature. The three lodgings, of which this nature house is one. The other cottages can be booked under house code 23933 and 30591. This nature house has a window on the north side overlooking vast slopes and a valley. The kitchenette in the living kitchen has a two-burner stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. In the cabinets you will find the necessary pans, dishes and cutlery. A wood stove provides pleasant warmth on colder days. Behind the living room is the bedroom with a double bed. From here you enter the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the bedroom there are two doors opening onto an intimate rear terrace. On the side is another covered terrace with picnic table. Car can be parked next to the house.
Nature and surroundings
Around the nature house are several terraces, where you can enjoy the outdoors in either the sun or the shade, as you choose. But also on the estate (2.6 acres) are excellent private spots in the sun or shade to create. Small and large walks can be started right from the house. If you prefer guided walks, a Dutch-speaking guide can be arranged. Various birds can be seen from the terrace, depending on the time of day. A wide variety of birds nest on the property or rest there while migrating south. In spring there is an abundance of field flowers. Even after summer, when the first rain has fallen, there is a kind of second spring. In front of the cottage is a valley, in which in winter and spring a stream flows; there is also an old well there. From the north side of the house one can see for miles. The terrace on the south side overlooks the valley.
