This large luxurious ruralhut is located in the small French village of Saint-Priest Sous Aixe and overlooks the picturesque, meandering Vienne river. As a tenant you have access to a part of the cottage. From the authentic living room with large windows you can enjoy the mesmerizing view. The living room has a cozy seating area, a TV with DVD player and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combi microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a connecting bathroom with a seating area. In addition to the facilities in the cottage you can use the communal sauna and swimming pool. You can also borrow a boat or canoe for the river. Cottages 24481 and 24482 are located in the same village and use the same communal facilities.

Hikers, cyclists, water sport enthusiasts and bird lovers all have plenty to experience here. The River Vienne is a low-water French river with small waterfalls and rocks, ideal for canoeing. Surrounding the river you will find a lot of forestland and meadows with lots of wild and typical Limousin cattle. In the immediate area you will also find the vast Parc Natural Perigord-Limousin. This area is perfect for beautiful hiking or cycling tours. Bird lovers can also spot a lot of birds in the area.
