Wow!!! This nature house was designed by the architects of Concrete A'dam (best architect of the Netherlands 2013). The house is characterized by the huge windows at the entrance, 11 meters wide view over the Prince Henry polder with an attached terrace of 44 m2. The living room is almost six meters high and that creates a lot of comfort. The living room, dining kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom are furnished with beautiful design products with maximum comfort. There are books (including German), DVDs, games and a binder full of Texel addresses. In the living room and bedroom hang the latest smart TVs, in the living room with Film and Sport 1 and many Dutch and German TV and radio channels. Around the house there are private dunes and a private mini-beach with outdoor shower. A large pond allows all kinds of birds to visit within a few meters, including spoonbills. On the terrace there are two deckchairs, a parasol, picnic table and benches. In the barn opposite the house are two additional deckchairs and four bicycles, two of which are electric, free to use. Throughout the house there are real works of art, too many to mention. The beds are electrically adjustable.

The panoramic view from the large terrace (44 m2) gives an immediate connection to the nature of Texel. Because of the large pond and the polder it is a coming and going of many (predatory) birds. There are many nature reserves worth visiting on the island, the preference of the landlords is the Horsmeertjes, the Bollenkamer, the Muy and the Hors. From Natuurmonumenten, Ecomare and Vogelwerkgroep SKOR are organized almost every week walks with guides, in places where you can not come alone.
