Nature house in OFFIDA

Located on a beautiful estate, in the heart of Italian Le Marche, you will find this large nature house. The house dates back to 1810, but was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018. Old elements like the original beamed ceiling and stone walls have been preserved. The house is on an estate with its own vineyard and olive grove. Upon arrival, you can immediately taste various wines. The house is very suitable for large groups. The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area with smart TV, Sonos system and DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. You have a gas stove, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and kettle. There are seven double bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozily decorated. The house has several bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. During the hot summer days you can cool down in the large private pool. A portable air conditioner is available, but usually not needed. Cozy late night dining or enjoying the sunset (even when the weather is not so good) can be done on the covered terrace at the front. Around the house are several umbrellas and pergolas so you can always choose between sun or shade. Around the house you have a great panoramic view almost to the coastline. You can also dream away in one of the hammocks present. WiFi is available.

The house is in an area where there is much to see and experience. Beautiful romantic old villages to walk in. In the Sibillini National Park lies the crystal clear lake Lago di Pilato, a beautiful area for hiking and enjoying the flowers. The estate is near a forest with a stream, where you might encounter deer and wild boar on a walk. Salamanders can also be seen in abundance, as well as other beautiful birds and animals.
