This detached nature house belongs to the last buildings before the "Eilandspolder" starts, a protected nature reserve. It is located on a small island in De Rijp in the province of North Holland. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a seating and dining area. The living room has patio doors with a wide view over the "Eilandspolder", where sheep, cats and cows keep you company. The modern kitchen is equipped with the main kitchen accessories. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has one bedroom on the first floor. There is a double bed and an old-fashioned box bed for one person. Next to the house is a large and sheltered south-facing terrace with wooden furniture.
Nature and surroundings
The beautiful village of De Rijp is situated on the "Eilandspolder", a nature reserve between the Schermer and the Beemster. You can make beautiful hiking and cycling tours in this area. In addition to a trip through the beautiful nature reserve, you can also visit the cities of Alkmaar and Amsterdam. During the hot summer days you can cool down at the coast of Bergen.
