Nature house in Jannum

Between Leeuwarden and Dokkum, near the Wadden area, on a mound stand two 17th century mound houses with two separate lodgings in each house. These old-style nature houses - each suitable for two adults - are tastefully decorated. In this cottage, small children can sleep in a box bed; a camp bed and/or air mattress are also available. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room and bathroom with bathtub. The living room has a cozy sitting area with television. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle. In the kitchen is the staircase to the upstairs; there you will find the bedroom for two persons. Relax completely in the Frisian countryside. And so are the cottages with ID number: 25385, 24607 and 25534.

Hiking and cycling enthusiasts beware! There are numerous hiking and cycling routes available in the vicinity of the nature house. For example, follow a route along the Wadden Sea or through the Frisian meadows. Within cycling distance of the cottage you will find the Frisian cities of Dokkum and Leeuwarden. A visit to these cities is definitely worthwhile. In addition, a trip to the Wadden Islands of Ameland and Schiermonnikoog is highly recommended. Bicycles (also electric) can be rented and delivered to the vacation home.
