On a unique forest plot around the Drunen Dunes, this idyllic, completely detached ruralhut is situated. The house seems to be in the middle of nowhere while it is only a three minute drive to the nearest supermarket. In the ruralhut you go back to the basics and it's very primitive. The house has a reasonably equipped kitchen with an electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, hot and cold water, bathroom with shower with thermostat valve (so that children can not get hot water directly), a toilet and a washing table. The living area consists of a dining area, a seating area with TV and a stove. Finally, there is a bedroom with a bed for two people. The upper floor consists of an attic with many beds. The ruralhut can accommodate six persons. More persons are welcome in consultation. The house is about 10 years old and features an outdated furniture and is provided with electricity, water and insulated walls. The visitor profile is: families with children, couples, friends, friends, nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, artists, writers, poets, painters or people seeking rest in releation with rehabilitation, burnout. Dogs are allowed, only when they are housebroken and sleep in the living room. Pets are not allowed to lie or sit in the sofas and chairs present in the ruralhut.

Absolute rest! You can only hear birds singing here. The plot is bordered by a relatively wide cycle path of approximately 27 kilometers length, which goes around the dunes, Europe's largest drifting sand area. Of course, you can also go roller-skating and walking. There are also special routes for mountain biking (with fairly steep parts) and horseback riding. It is possible to stall your horse relatively nearby (about 500 meters). Along the cycle path, there are various expansions with terraces for the inner care of humans. The first one is at about 500 meters from the house. There is also a swimming pool and miniature golf course nearby, as well as old towns like Den Bosch and Heusden, with many shops, museums and cruises. The Efteling is only a 15-minute drive away.
