This luxury nature house is located in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes. The beautiful green Lienne valley has a lovely little river, the Lienne. This detached original Ardennes farmhouse was converted in 2014 into a fully equipped nature house for two adults, one child and one baby. It is now wonderfully cozy and warm, equipped with every luxury. For example, there is central heating with underfloor heating, a freestanding bath with separate walk-in shower, television (smart TV, no cable but online movies/series/missed broadcasts, et cetera), WiFi, music, a cozy wood stove and a fully equipped open kitchen. An added bonus is that from the living kitchen you walk directly onto the spacious private outdoor terrace where you will find a complete outdoor kitchen with natural stone barbecue and an original wood oven. Not only can pizzas be prepared here, but other dishes can also be experimented with to your heart's content. In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed, in the other bedroom two bunk beds and a crib. The house also has a garage for storing bicycles/motorcycles/car.
Nature and surroundings
The large terrace of the cottage is adjacent to the forest edge, so you walk from there into the forest. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage are several hiking trails to do , a hiking map is available. All outdoor activities (canoeing / skiing / mountain biking / climbing / caves / cross-country skiing) that you can expect from the Ardennes are offered in the vicinity. 100 meters from the cottage is a restaurant where you can eat delicious trout or a nice steak! In short, a lovely complete house as a perfect base if you want to enjoy the Belgian Ardennes! This is due to its central location between Durbuy, Spa / Malmedy, Aywaille and Vielsalm. To many tourist attractions you drive in half an hour or less.
