With in 2025 the new owners Menno & Annelies, come enjoy a comfortable and attractively decorated vacation home on a 1.2 hectare estate that also includes a water mill with guest house. A nice mix between antique and modern. In addition to the living room and kitchen, the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with double bed, the other with two single box spring beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The walls of the house are up to 70 centimeters thick, it always stays cool in the house, even if it is 35 degrees outside for two weeks in a row. The house is located on a small river with a meadow with campfire area next to it. The nature house is ideal for people who love nature. Because of the fast flowing streams and height differences, the house is not suitable for families with children under five. Non-contact stay. Optimally cleaned and disinfected.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a 1.2-acre estate in the middle of nature. Lots of privacy, but not deserted. One kilometer away is the bakery with delicious bread and croissants. Four kilometers away is Ambert, for French standards a medium-sized town with all the necessary amenities. (swimming pool, swimming lake, tennis courts, nice stores, nice weekly market, large supermarkets, doctor, pharmacies and hospital). From the house you can make all kinds of trips in the area. The area is beautiful. Mountains up to 1600 meters with rugged nature, but also lovely valleys.
