This beautiful nature house is built against a slope on 800 m² of private land and is luxuriously furnished. The balcony terrace is 18 m² in size. There is also an additional terrace with second garden set, two sun beds, barbecue and swing. The house is built so that each room is half a floor higher, creating a beautiful whole. It has a cozy living room with sofa, HD satellite TV (Dutch channels), stereo and dining area. The living room has sliding doors to the balcony. The cottage has a semi-open kitchen, spacious bathroom, double bedroom and south-facing balcony. On the upper floor there is a second spacious bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining loft with two single beds. Crib, -bath and -chair are available. There are various possibilities around the house to create a place to sit or lie down and/or find shade. There is also a playground and trampoline for the children in the garden and there is a canoe in the garage. The cottage is electrically heated, the windows and doors on the outside have shutters to possibly keep out the heat as well as the cold. Finally, there is a beautiful wood stove, for which wood is available. There is a swimming pool with a diameter of 3.65m,1meter high. You must keep it clean yourself during your stay. Chlorine tablets are available. Only in the summer months of July and August the pool is maintained.

You will find this nature house in the heart of France in Auvergne, the land of lakes and volcanoes. Who does not know the Puy de Dôme, France's most famous volcano? This volcano may be extinct, but nature in the area is all the more alive. Exuberant in fact, because nowhere will you find such vast natural parks and so much flora and fauna as in Auvergne. Regional Parc Volcans Auvergne is nearby. Via narrow winding roads, even the deepest valleys and highest slopes are accessible. Everywhere in Auvergne you will see beautiful, worth seeing castles and churches. To the west of Clermont-Ferrand are 112 extinct volcanoes. Of these volcanoes, the Puys, the original cone shape has been preserved. At 1465 meters, the Puy-de-Dome is the highest volcanic mountain. You can overlook the beautiful landscape of Mont Dore from here. Mountain peaks like the Puy Sancy and the Puy Mary guarantee a view of the entire Massif Central in clear weather. In summer, it is nice and warm here. In autumn it is still pleasant at about 19 degrees. In winter it is a snowy area and therefore suitable for winter sports. There are several slopes and cable cars in, for example, Le Mont-Dore, Besse and Superbesse.
