Welcome to this luxury detached nature house with carport, located on a fully fenced forest plot of approximately 1232 square feet. The cottage features a covered terrace with a large table, six chairs and a patio heater. The kitchen has a combination oven and a dishwasher. The living room has an LCD television, stereo and wood stove. On the ground floor, in addition to the hall and the toilet room, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, each with twin beds and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a forest plot near Winterswijk. The nature reserve 't Korenburgerveen is a stone's throw away. Within cycling distance you will find 't Hilgelo, a recreational area in the hamlet of Meddo, where in summer you can do water sports such as swimming, surfing, rowing and diving.
