This nature house is simply furnished for max 4 people with a living kitchen. Outside there are four terraces: an open terrace, a shaded terrace, a small terrace and a vine-covered terrace with dining table next to the living room. The cottage is located near the coastal town of Ventigmilia and 2.5 kilometers from the more famous village of Airole. The hosts are there themselves as much as possible, but in the periods when they are not there, they rent out the house. The mild climate is fantastic, the area is protected from winds from the north by the Alps. The cottage has three bedrooms and is spread over three floors. The basement is a work room where there are four bicycles that can be used. The landlords make their own (organic) red wine ( 250 liter year), of which guests get a few bottles. It is well in the sun but there are also plenty of shaded areas made. A 5-minute walk away is a great private swimming spot by a small river. The sea is 15 minutes by car.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a cozy plot of 1000 m² with walled terraces, many flowers, grapes and fruit trees such as figs, mandarins, plums, lemons, peaches, apricots, oranges, apples and pears which can be eaten to your heart's content. In summer there are also plenty of organic vegetables from our own garden: lettuce, various tomatoes, onions, eggplants, zucchini, etc. The area is a hiker's paradise with walks for beginners and tough mountain hikes for experienced hikers. The landscape is very varied. The cottage is also an excellent base for trips to beautiful, small villages in the mountains. medieval villages hidden between the Floral Coast and the rugged Alps. And also cities like San Remo, Nice, Menton and Monaco are "around the corner" from the cottage. A 5-minute walk away you will find the private little river with a sandy beach. It is a great place to walk, swim and enjoy the peace, culture and nature.
