Quietly located luxury and large vacation home (365m²) for 15 people. This nature house is quietly located close to the village center. The layout of the nature house is as follows: a large living area with an open kitchen, a central fireplace, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The whole is very tastefully decorated with an eye to sufficient privacy for each. The 25 acre garden has a large landscaped terrace with garden furniture for 15 people, a stone barbecue, a petanque court, children's games and a super-equipped children's playhouse. A private parking space for five cars can be found at the back of the cottage.
Nature and surroundings
This cottage is located on the edge of the large forest and is also the starting point of a number of marked hiking trails. A quiet street leads to the nature house situated on 25 ares of land, with a fully enclosed terrace, a private petanque court (Jeu de boules), and a super-equipped playhouse for children. The village of Rochehaut is famous for itslegendary viewpoint to the village of Frahan, its many marked hiking trails, its local gastronomy, its uncontaminated river "LaSemois", for fishing, bathing and kayaking. The nearby town of Bouillon with itsMedieval castle and its birds of prey show, Archeoscope museum and animal park is well worth a visit. All this is a protected and sparsely populated nature reserve in the Semois region of the Ardennes.
