Nature house in St Chamassy

This characterful ruralhut can accommodate eight people, it is comfortable and well looked after. This property is located on a one acre estate, as along with another authentic ruralhut. These two houses can be rented together or separately. The house has a living area on the first floor with a beautiful view over a hilly landscape. Outside is the covered wooden terrace with eight chairs, couch and Weber barbecue. The kitchen is very spacious and offers a Boretti stove with large gas oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and very well equipped kitchen sink. The vide in the living area is accessible by a spiral staircase. This can be used as reading corner or as a bedroom (extendable sofa, good quality). In the living area there is a large dining table with eight chairs as well as a sitting area around the wood-burning stove.The house is very cozy, decorated in a rustic manner, with massive wooden shelves in every room. On the first floor there is also the laundry (sink, washing machine, electric dryer, drying rack) and the toilet. A wooden staircase leads you to the ground floor where you'll find three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, ping-pong table, petanque court and playground are all communal facilities.
