This is a very special nature house. You will spend the night in a historically built American log cabin. Next to the nature house is a pond surrounded by greenery. The nature house has an open spacious area with a cozy sitting area, kitchen and a double bed. The sturdy cowboy chair is by designer Leonore Mulligan from Hollywood and the cabinets are made of American Barnwood. Inside the cozy log cabin is ambient fireplace with adjustable flames. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. PLEASE NOTE: There is also a group accommodation on the same property. The group accommodation is mainly rented during weekends and is located quite a distance from the log cabin (nature house).
Nature and surroundings
Nearby are beautiful natural areas such as the Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Just 12 kilometers from the log cabin you will find the Engbertsdijksvenen. This is an international wetland and the largest and most important raised bog area in Western Europe. For bird lovers, nature lovers and for hikers it is a true eldorado!
