Nature house in Oze

The house is a charming holiday home built in provençal style with ample private space. The house has an entrance hall, a bath room, a sleeping room and a living room with kitchen facilities. Around the house is a lot of space to play, to sun or to rest. The living room has terrace doors provinding access to large wooden terrace. In the living room are a gas oven, a double bowl sink, a fridge and all kitchen accessories and cookware required to create sunny meals. It is possible to warm the room through electrical radiators. Apart from a table, there are comfortable chairs and a sofa. The sofa is also used for sleeping two people. The bed has a solid base and a good mattress, providing good sleep. In the bed room are are two beds, and a cupboard. The window has a view on the mountain tops in the distance.The terrain around the house is roughly 500 square meters in size and is available for private use. The terrain is delimited by woods and forest roads.

The Domaine covers some 70 hectares and can be used for a stroll. There is much to discover: wood paths, animal tracks (rabbit, fox, deer, wild boar), surprising views, wood birds and you might even encounter the shepherd with its flock.This part of France has a lot of sunshine, so even in the spring and autumn it is a good place to be. Even in the winter it is often possible to sit outside. Close-by two villages can be visited with charming markets. Many walking tours can be made nearby. Also fans of water have many possibilities: at 10 minutes by car is a river and a lake.
