Nature house in Mill

This nature house is a 100-year-old farmhouse, renovated and equipped with every comfort. The cottage is completely free, on its own plot, 1.2 hectares with a beautiful garden, lovely large covered terrace, between the fields and forest. It is located in a nature reserve of Brabants Landscape and is an oasis of tranquility where you can enjoy birds and other natural beauty but also for children a nice place to play. The cottage has 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is only accessible through the master bedroom. The cottage has an open plan with simple kitchen and is heated with electric radiators. For coziness there is a fireplace. Unfortunately, there is no wood available. Electricity: basic rate 20-60 kWh p/d incl. depending on the time of year. There is no TV / Internet. This cottage is suitable for 2 adults or small family 3-4, but does not lend itself to music/business. No rental to young people/students. Weekend booking Sunday until 18.00.

The nature house is located in a wooded nature reserve of Brabants Landschap between farmlands with many old farms. Within walking distance is free recreational lake De Kuilen, where there is a beach with facilities. There is a slide for the little ones, the deep end is demarcated with a buoyancy line. In the vicinity are several recreational parks, including De Bergen in Wanroij, the Kraaijenbergsche Plassen in Linde and the Billybird Park Hemelrijk in Volkel. Landgoed Tongelaar is easy to reach on foot and is open Wednesday and Sunday for a snack and a drink. Activities are also organized here. Near the cottage is a fishing water, De Bus (permit). There are many villages nearby, including Mill, Ravenstein and Cuijk or the town of Grave. Mill has three supermarkets, a Hema, Kruidvat, Etos, bakery, French fry stores, ice cream parlor, some stores and eateries. There is a town hall with Public Library and Wifi.
