From the cozy nature house you can walk into the Drents-Friese Wold, declared one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands and near the Drentse Aa. You walk from the house into the dog walking area, unique to the Netherlands! There are several cycling and hiking trails for everyone to discover. Delicious sporty rest! A five-minute drive away is an amusement park for the little ones. About 10 minutes drive away is the famous Canada Lake, a beautiful natural swimming lake in the middle of the forest for children and adults. In addition, with a wonderful swimming pond for the dog(s) Also winters it is great there. You can walk around the whole lake.
