Nature house in Holten

This nature house for four people is detached. It is in a quiet spot, although in a location where there are several cottages, but you are not bothered by that at all. Everything is spacious. The bungalow stands on approximately 900 m² of woodland garden. There are regular squirrels and birds to see. There is always a place in the sun or shade. It is complete and clean. There are box-spring beds with comforters and pillows in both bedrooms. You can bring your own covers for these or rent them. There is plenty of room to store your own stuff, so the cottage really becomes yours during the time you are there. On the pictures you can see the cottage and the garden, also the place on arrival where you can park and the road where the cottage is located. If you are looking for peace, want to be in a rural area, want to enjoy the many forests, looking for cosiness of villages or Hanseatic towns, want to eat out, want to go cycling, mountain biking or hiking or just looking for a terrace, welcome!

From the nature house you can bike or walk straight into nature. The immediate vicinity consists of both forests and farmlands. You are so in Holten with the Holterberg (Salland Ridge) or in nature reserve the Borkeld. Cycle along the Regge or take a trip with a zomp, during one of the cycling junction routes and enjoy the villages in the area. Holten has cozy terraces and many fine restaurants. On the Holterberg are visitor centers and the Pieterpad also runs through here. So you can walk or bike a mountain bike route from here. Furthermore, there is a riding school nearby, where you can take beautiful outdoor rides. Or take a tour by covered wagon. The Canadian cemetery is also historically worth seeing. The two Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen are pleasant cities to visit, with a beautiful historic city center. The smaller towns nearby all have their own atmosphere. So in any season it is great to relax and enjoy in this cottage!
