Nostalgic house from 1700 that has been modernized, but where the historical contours are still visible and the atmosphere is palpable. The vacation home is spacious, renovated and attractive because of its tranquility, nature and location in the polder country. The beds are made and bath towels are provided. Bicycles can be inside and in front of the door there is ample parking. There is a spacious corner kitchen with all amenities. The back door gives direct access to the garden. The room is spacious and equipped with two fine sofas and relaxed chairs. In the room are garden doors with direct access to the terrace. Soon sitting outside is possible due to the convenient location of the terrace. If it is too hot, you can relax in the garden under the cherry tree. Downstairs is the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs a spacious landing, two bedrooms, one with an extra long double bed. The other room has two single beds. Free wifi and HD television.
Nature and surroundings
The home is a short distance from Lake Veere with plenty of water sports, fishing, hiking and biking opportunities. From the house it is possible to connect to a junction route, there are several hiking routes, such as the harrier path. The floral dikes of Zeeland with their beautiful hawthorns and cow parsley at the ditch edges give a beautiful sight. Places such as Veere, Middelburg and Goes are 10 km away, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.
