Historic and monumental, "other-than-other" group accommodation. One and all atmosphere, requested to perfection and superbly equipped And what a location! One step outside the door and you are in the dunes. This house offers you a sea of space. It has 17 bedrooms for up to 27 guests and up to five different living areas. From XL sunroom with wood stove, dining room with beamed ceiling, coffee bar, library (again with wood stove), to intimate garden room. The kitchen is professionally equipped. Primarily, this is a retreat location. Would you also like to spend a weekend here? This is possible if you have a calm program in mind. No sports or games activities or amplified music are allowed. Therefore, this house is not suitable for children or young adults, bachelor parties, company parties, or groups of friends with an average age below 50. Extras (bed-making, use of auditorium, sauna or coffee machine) to be booked in consultation with location.
Nature and surroundings
Green, green and more green. This nature house is surrounded by gardens, meadows and forest. One step outside the front door and you are in the middle of the free nature of a Natura 2000 area: the North Holland Dune Reserve. Some 5,300 hectares in size and thus one of the largest nature reserves in the country. The area is 20 kilometers long, an average of 2.5 kilometers wide and stretches from the village of Wijk aan Zee to the Schoorl Dunes. Every kilometer in the area is different, with specific plant and animal species. Truly a paradise for walkers and cyclists.
