This spacious and beautiful nature house consists on the first floor of a comfortable living and dining room, a modern kitchen and a large table tennis room with 2 tables. On the first floor there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Here there is also a children's playroom. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a separate (indoor) two-room apartment. The house therefore has eight bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people. Two high chairs and a crib are available. There is also a bar- annex relaxation room with various recreational facilities such as pool table, table soccer and so on. In the house is (free) WIFI available.

Central in the Hochsauerland, just 12 kilometers from Winterberg and 22 kilometers from Willingen, lies the beautiful village of Elpe, quietly situated in the valley of the small river Elpe. The tourist centers Winterberg and Willingen (with perfect ski facilities) and the beautiful nature around Lake Diemel and in the Sorpetal are all within 15 to 30 minutes by car, while the hiking trails can be accessed directly from the house. Furthermore, there are several other skiing opportunities, such as Bödefeld (five kilometers), a new area with four elevators and five ski slopes and equipped with snow cannons. Elpe has its own para-sailing area. Three kilometers away you will find FORT FUN, the famous attraction and adventure park for young and old. In Olsberg you will find the beautiful Sauerlandterme, with all forms of relaxation in and around the water. The Hennesee offers various possibilities for water and nature lovers.
