This cottage is located on the grounds of a small nature park on the Boarn in which you can swim, canoe, row or fish. In consultation, a spot at the jetty is available for your own boat. A stay at Molesyl brings you back to basics. Not distracted by internet or TV you can focus on yourself and your loved ones. This nature house is furnished with a 1950s Bruynzeel kitchen, a bedstead overlooking the meadows, a room with a wide-screen window and a closet full of games and books, a reading area, a garden room and a cozy sleeping loft with toys. There are two outdoor seating areas. One shaded in the wild garden and one in a sunnier place among the meadows. Sanitary facilities are outdoors about 20 meters away. Also on this property are nature house 28270 and nature house 30130. They are located a good distance from each other. You can also book the unit as a group accommodation.
Nature and surroundings
Our site is located among the meadows on the river Boarne near the Frisian town of Grou. You not only go back into nature, but also back in time. Drinking water is valued; we don't flush the toilet with it. The toilet is just like it used to be; nice and outside! There is always something to do here; pigeons fluttering, chickens clucking, haying, wood chopping, gardening and horseback riding. You can fish, canoe, row or swim here. Get a breath of fresh air on the polder dike or go bird watching. If you prefer peace and quiet, there is always a quiet spot to read a book or do nothing for a while. If you like wild cuisine, this is the place to be. The wild vegetables and herbs that grow here may be picked and used. If fruit is ripe, you may eat from it. Do you own a boat? By arrangement, there is bound to be a spot free at the dock. There is a boat ramp nearby. You can book an experience such as horse coaching, or a game-picking hike.
