The house is 90 m² and can accommodate up to six people. It has two large, sunny terraces. It is located in Izier, Durbuy, 40 kilometers south of Liège in the province of Luxembourg. The living room is spacious, cozy and modernly furnished. Through the extremely economical air and heat pump you will use 100% green energy for the heating of the living room and the open kitchen. Smart TV 4 K Ultra HD, apps like Netflix, Spotify, Deezer and, of course, internet is available. Furthermore there is a fireplace and a Norwegian wood burning stove for the really cold days. The parking for your car is located 20 steps from the house, so it will be easy to load and unload luggage. At the park you can use the heated outdoor swimming pool (May-Sept).

The color of the trees on the slopes around the lake and the water are different each season due to the changing weather conditions. In the night it's so quiet here, you can only hear the owl sounds occasionally. The stars can be observed here very well because it is really dark at night. This is rarely possible in other places in Belgium. 300 meters from the house is another fishing lake. You do not need a license here. You can fish for eels, carp, bass and of course trout. Do not forget your binoculars. Kingfishers, beavers and even the rare ospreay are already been spotted here! Between the two ponds there is a wild butterfly valley. However, the "small" park is almost 35 acres and seamlessly joins a Natura 2000 area, a nature project developed by the European community that connects areas of high ecological value as an interconnected network. Walking and cycling can be done starting right from the house. Tourist attractions are the town of Durbuy, shopping and culture in Liège, cross-country skiing and skiing possibilities within 35 kilometers and kayaking and rafting in Barvaux, Durbuy or Bomal.
