The nature house is located in a small park and has the most exclusive location. Central 180° unobstructed view of the lake surrounded by forested hills. From the living room or the two terraces you can see the fish swimming. Furthermore, you have 100% privacy and children can play here while you yourself enjoy the tranquility. 90 m² and suitable for up to six people with two large, sunny terraces. It is located in Izier, Durbuy, in the province of Luxembourg. The living room is spacious and country-style. Via the economical air/air heat pump, you use 100% green energy to heat the living room and the open kitchen. Smart television with Netflix, Spotify and of course internet are available. There is also a fireplace with built-in cassette and a Norwegian wood stove for the really cold days. Your parking space is at the house, so easy loading and unloading. At the park you can use the heated outdoor pool (May-September).
Nature and surroundings
The color of the trees on the slopes around the lake and the water are different each season due to the changing weather conditions. At night it is very quiet here, only the hooting of an owl can occasionally be heard. 300 meters from the house is a second fishing lake. You do not need a permit here. You can fish for callitrich, carp, mirror carp, grass carp, perch and, of course, trout. Kingfishers, beavers and even the rare osprey have already been spotted here! Between the two ponds there is a wild butterfly valley. The small park is nevertheless almost 35 hectares in size and seamlessly connects to a Natura 2000 area, a nature project developed by the European community. Hiking and biking can be done from the nature house. Just leave the car! Tourist attractions include the town of Durbuy, shopping and culture in Liege, cross-country skiing and skiing within a radius of 35 kilometers and kayaking and rafting in Barvaux or Durbuy or Bomal.
