Nature house suitable for 5 people and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It offers a sea of space and the necessary peace and quiet. The cottage offers a beautiful view over the meadows where cows graze in summer. On the second floor you will find two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has 2 box-spring beds and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has 3 box-spring beds, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail with hangers. The bathroom has a heated floor, rain shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor you will find a separate toilet, bathroom with heated floor, rain shower, sink and the living room and kitchen diner. Through the patio doors you walk on to the terrace. Here is a large wooden table with six chairs and 2 luxury sunbeds. We hope you will spend a lot of time there to relax while enjoying a drink or a homemade dinner on our BBQ. The windows and garden doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

The nature house stands at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of the meadows where cows graze and many meadow birds can be admired. So you will not be bothered by traffic. The cottage is located about four kilometers from the beautiful & cozy village of Den Ham where summer is plenty to do for young and old. Den Ham borders the Eerderbos where many beautiful hiking and cycling routes are marked (steep bank, sahara, castle Eerde). But also the Lemeleberg, the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Engbertsdijkvenen are a must to see and are at a small distance from Den Ham. Besides a wooded area you will also find plenty of water (Bekke, Regge, Vecht) near Den Ham. Along the water you will find beautiful spots for viewing, but also for fishing. Swimming is also a possibility. Den Ham has a beautiful swimming pool "de Groene Jager" with two slides and a beautiful lawn for sunbathing and playing. Other visit possibilities are: Adventure Park Hellendoorn, Pony Park Slagharen, canoeing, karting, Ommer bissingh etc. So come along soon and experience it for yourself!
