Tip: Take enough groceries with you as there are almost no stores along the waterfront. You sail the log cabin boat on the river Maas through Gelderland and Brabant. Along the Meuse you will find tributaries with "sandy holes" with accompanying natural beaches and wooded banks, you can spend the night at any place you want in the middle of nature. In the magazine you will receive at departure there are tips for beautiful places where you can spot animals such as beavers and kingfishers. The sandy beaches are perfect for a BBQ with family and friends and marshmallows on the campfire late into the night. Nature has never been so close! You can also visit small harbors with the log cabin boat, such as the fortified town of Heusden. Here you can eat out or visit one of the boutiques.
