A detached nature house with private pool and private parking. The house is very suitable for seekers of peace, space and privacy in a natural environment with beautiful views; you overlook Mount Etna. Driving down the mountain you are in the middle of the alcantara valley with authentic Sicilian villages. The beach of Naxos can be reached in less than half an hour. The house is fully furnished; equipped with a spacious kitchen with dining area, a spacious bathroom and a cozy conservatory with lounge chairs and an additional dining area. Partly built into the mountain it is also cool in the summer, air conditioning is unnecessary. The kitchen has a wood stove for an atmospheric get-together. The house contains two bedrooms, each with a double bed. An extra single bed is available. Table, bed and bath linen is available in sufficient quantities. You can enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace in front of the house, on the balcony or on the terrace by the pool.

The nature house with parking is located on a one-hectare plot at about 625 meters above sea level, very quiet on a cul-de-sac with only some local traffic. From the house you walk straight into nature, there are landscaped hiking trails. The view from the house is breathtaking. On one side view of Mount Etna, next to it the Alcantara valley and the nature reserve Parco Naturale dei Neibrodi. Stores and beautiful authentic Sicilian villages are within reach as soon as you drive down the mountain. You'll drive past the cute little town of Motta Camastra with its narrow streets suspended from the mountain. Here, too, you can grab a terrace and groceries are available. At the foot of the mountain is the entrance to the Gole dell Alcantara, stand of Naxos is a short half-hour drive (25 kilometers). Taormina, a luxuriously decadent but beautiful historical place with the ancient amphitheater and Isola Bella are about 35 kilometers away.
