On a plot of about 3600 m² you will find this nature house. The cottage is located on a rock and has a magnificent view of a lake from the newly built veranda. The cottage has a lower and upper floor with a total living area of about 60 m². The cottage has been in the family for almost 50 years and since the landlords bought the house from their neighbors and live permanently in Sweden, they rent out their old vacation home to introduce people to this beautiful area.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in Bergerud. Bergerud is located five kilometers from the town Skillingsfors and 30 kilometers from the larger town of Charlottenberg, all belonging to the Municipality of Eda located against the Norwegian border. The house is easily accessible by car from Gothenburg (about 3 hours), Karlstad, (1.5 hours) and Oslo International Airport (only 5 minutes!).
