Comfortable, architecturally converted, light and attractive house. Very quiet and quiet located on private grounds. In the middle of nature, just like Natuurhuisje it has mend and yet close to the village to do the groceries. There is a lot of privacy. The layout of the house is practical, the living room is very spacious and light because of the large glass windows and the sliding doors. You have excellent view of the birds and the wildlife around the house. The hall gives access to the children's bedroom with a bunk bed, the bathroom with bath, toilet and sink and the living room. There is an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, various coffeemakers including a Nespresso machine, a wide range of dishes, pans and oven items. The dining room and comfortable seating area and overlooks the large terrace, to which you have easily access through the sliding doors. Through an open staircase in the living room you will find the second floor where a double bed can also be used. The entrance to the master bedroom is in the living room.
Nature and surroundings
Two kilometers from the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the world-famous Kröller Muller Museum. Located on cycling route 83-84 in the Roekelse forest, near the Mosselse Zand. In the middle of the forest, yet close to the village of Otterlo (900 meters) where there are also bus stops to Ede, Apeldoorn and Arnhem. This Natuurhuis is located in a spacious area where dogs don’t have to lined up on an extended seven-kilometer route. Along this house is a 17km mountain bike route. Within 500 meters is the Eeskooterpad, one of Gelderland's most beautiful walking lanes. Conveniently located in the triangle Apeldoorn, Ede and Arnhem. There is the possibility of a wildlife excursion together with a recognized nature guide in the park Hoge Veluwe by car. Around the house there are many types of birds (at night you will hear the owls and the woodpeckers during the day), squirrels, hare and rabbits, sometimes a deer or wild boar. In the wildlife park, the Roekelse Forest (adjacent to this private forest) you can regularly spot deer and wild boar from the wildlife observatories. In short, you are in the middle of nature.
