This nature house is located in the heart of the Ardennes in a remote loop of the river Ourthe in a wooded area. A sandy country road near the hamlet of Bohon (near Durbuy) leads you to the property where you will find a beautiful property in a true oasis of peace and nature. On this 20-hectare estate are a country house and this nature house. In the midst of this beautiful nature there is a two-person cottage a little further on. Beavers also live on this property and cut down the necessary trees. In addition, deer, badgers, squirrels, owls and many other animals are regular visitors to the property. The house overlooks forest and meadow.
Nature and surroundings
The Ourthe winds through the hilly Ardennes here. Here and there grand rock formations can be seen. The landscape consists of forests and meadows. Near the estate is the Cave of Bohon. Ideal for hikers. Mountain bikers and canoeists can also enjoy themselves. It is a special experience to descend the Ourthe in a canoe. Several towns and villages provide the necessary variety. The most famous town is Durbuy, but also La Roche and Huy are within visiting distance.
