This nature house is a quiet, authentic, vacation home in the middle of olive groves on the edge of the mountain village of Schinokapsala with a large garden and phenomenal views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The house is completely independent so there is a lot of privacy. Outside there is a large, partially shaded terrace facing south and a garden on three levels. One has a beautiful view of the sea, rolling hills with many olive trees and wild plants. Between two hilltops the island of Chrisi can be seen.

The authentic village of Schinokapsala is located about 450 meters above sea level and can be seen from the driveway of the house. There are about 100 inhabitants and it is a great place for peace seekers and nature lovers to stay. The village is within walking distance, there is one cozy taverna (cafenion) under the grapevine. There are stores, department stores and restaurants on the coastal road. From the coastal road there are three asphalt roads to the village, which are 6,7 and 11 kilometers long, respectively. For your daily shopping you have to go to the coast (about 10 minutes drive). Along the coastal road you will find several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Leaving the house via the direct road to the coast you will reach the village of Galini on the coastal road. If you turn right here, in Agia Fotia is a beautiful sandy beach. Koutsounari (a little further away) also has beautiful beaches. In Ierapetra (25 kilometers) there are several large department stores. If you take the road through the village, you will reach the coastal road leading to Makrigialos and Analipsis. Here there is some more tourism (bars, restaurants, banks, post office).
