If you like nature and peace and quiet, this Swedish nature house is a suitable place to have a wonderful vacation. The nature house is located in Varmland (at the height of the Oslo-Stockholm line). It is located in a sunny spot in the middle of the forests (mixed forests of hardwood/coniferous). The cottage is cozy and equipped with almost all conveniences. There is a private well, on mountain pressure, which provides you with water. You can drink the water well. There is sleeping space for four to five people. There are several lakes nearby where you can swim and fish (but fishing card required). In the cottage there is a booklet with several hiking trails. The Norwegian border is about 10 kilometers from the nature house. There is a supermarket in Ostmark about 12 kilometers away, here you can also fill up with gas and withdraw cash. The larger town of Torsby is about 34 kilometers away. Oslo is about 150 kilometers away and Karlstad is 140 kilometers away. A unique area for nature lovers and bird watchers.
Nature and surroundings
The nature around this nature house is rich, but you have to make an effort to catch sight of mammals and birds. The photos accompanying the ad were all taken in a radius of about 30 kilometers. Around the house are grassy areas that are mowed each fall for scorching resulting in lots of flowers and insects. If you are lucky, you may see a moose, badger, roe deer, fox, hazel grouse, capercaillie, grouse and woodcock scurrying around the yard or nearby (very early in the morning at the crack of dawn you have the best chance). In the area you will find lakes, streams and rivers. It is wooded and hilly, the Renberg is the highest point in the area at 700 meters.
