This ruralhut is the place for people who want to enjoy nature and look for peace and quiet. The ruralhut is located in a romantic park of about two hectares. The house owners were very enthusiastic (and still are) about this historic place. There is a positive energy "in the air". It is also a very inspiring place, ideal for people who want to think, write, compose or paint. Small families are also at the right place. The ruralhut is part of a cottage-like villa. The ruralhut is decorated in a personal way with a mix of modern and vintage furniture. There is some art in the house, which is for sale. It may be that you find other works than you see on the pictures. In addition to the central heating system there is a wood burning stove. There is a music device. Wi-Fi is also available. Upon request, the owners can provide material for art practice. Perhaps the owners can even try to arrange a teacher for you. You can cook a day with locals who share their kitchen secrets with you. This takes place in the kitchencave chopped by the Etruscans. The owners can take (historical) walks with you. In the same building there is ruralhut 30520. Per person per stay there are two towels + bed linen sets included. For each change € 15,00 per person is charged.

3000 years ago, Etruscans lived here. The caves they carved are still in use, for example as a communal kitchen. You have no neighbours in your sight here. In addition to the sounds of nature, there is absolute silence. Owls hang in the sky in search of prey, the cuckoo is heard in spring and autumn, you see birds being busy with nesting, swallows sometimes take a bath in one of the ponds, frogs quake that it is a sweet lust, wild boar scatter along the fence. Occasionally deer can be spotted as well as a fox and many pheasants. Sometimes you get to see a badger - some of whom claim to be living on the terrain - and if you do not see him / her yourself, you'll see the traces: he neatly defecates his / her artificially excavated latrines full. Fox that are much less skittish, however, sprinkle their excrement around, porcupines dig for plants to eat their juicy carrots. There is Wi-Fi, but you could actually ask the house owners if they could turn it off for total relaxation in an ‘unplugged’ holiday. You can use the whole park, except the owners' private garden. In consultation you can use vegetables and fruits from the garden. There is ample garden furniture.
