Luxury 4 pers. furnished vacation villa on spacious lot of no less than 1337m2, with plenty of privacy in beautiful, wooded area at the foot of the Holterberg. Because each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, there is plenty of privacy. There is plenty of room for relaxation, walking, cycling or just enjoying the surrounding raised terrace with various sun / shade seating areas with outdoor fireplace and a beautiful view over forest and meadow. The villa is fully equipped with underfloor heating, large glass windows through which you bring nature inside. The warm tones, the cozy wood stove and the large skylight where the stars watch you for a romantic atmosphere. All prices are based on use of 1 bedroom / bathroom with 2pers, use the 2nd bedroom and / or bathroom we ask per stay 100 euros on the total amount (for midweek 50 euros) Also we calculate from 2025 9% VAT this will be deducted from the deposit! (This is NOT included in the sum)
Nature and surroundings
Lovely place on the edge of the forest, with many different birds, squirrels, hares and the occasional deer. The flowering rhododendrons in spring and mushrooms in autumn. Lovely walking or cycling on the Borkeld and in winter enjoy with a glass of wine warmth of the fireplace. Holten is known for the Nat. Sallandse Heuvelrug one of the largest contiguous moors in Europe. An area with views of large moors alternating with vast forests with a special flora and fauna. The square is the cozy heart of Holten with many terraces and very nice restaurants and cafes. In addition, many rest, div. supermarkets and swimming pool present. The beautiful city of Deventer with its historic buildings is only 25 kilometers away. A visit is definitely worthwhile.
