The nature house is located in a separate and private outbuilding in the landlords' yard. You have access to a spacious open kitchen, equipped with many amenities. There is a spacious living room with a dining area and sitting area. The nature house has one bedroom which has access to a bathroom with shower, there is a separate toilet. Outside is a terrace with seating area. You have the possibility to park your car under a carport.

The nature house is rural and quiet on a peat canal with several cycling and walking routes. Near the nature reserve Engbertsdijksvenen, this area is managed by Staatsbosbeheer and is about 1000 hectares. There are extensive moors with heathlands and fens. It is a remnant of the large peat swamp that once covered the northeastern part of the Netherlands. A unique hiking experience!
