Nature house in Vimeiro, Alcobaça

This nature house concerns a specially shaped tent with a spacious diameter of five meters. This nature house can accommodate up to four people, with a baby if necessary. Inside the tent is a compartment that occupies a little more than a quarter of the tent. This compartment can be closed, giving you an extra nursery, so to speak. Like the yurt located on the same property (house code 24337), this nature house has two separate outbuildings with a kitchenette and a bathroom for your own use. Outside the tent you have a spacious terrace with a beautiful view over the garden, the valley and in the distance the mountains of Candeeiras. In consultation you can use the outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

This region, located between the cities of Alcobaça (known for its Mosteiro, the largest church in Portugal) and the spa town of Caldas da Rainha, is very suitable for hiking. There are numerous marked walks, but participation in guided tours is also highly recommended. Salir do Porto, San Martinho do Porto and the picturesque Nazaré are popular seaside resorts nearby. A little further away are the worthwhile cities of Tomar with the monastery complex of the Knights Templar, Batalha with the impressive abbey of Santa Maria and the famous pilgrimage site of Fátima.
