Tucked away in the hilly countryside of the Dordogne is this recently built, detached nature house. Located in the rustic part of the Dordogne, the so-called "Périgord Vert". The comfortable and attractively furnished villa, built in Périgord style is located along a quiet country road on top of a hill at the edge of the hamlet of La Vigerie (the French word vigie means watchtower - lookout post) with therefore a beautiful view of the surroundings. The whole is very well cared for and completely finished. The nature house for eight people has a living area of 125 m² and is located on a private property of 3500 m². Three double doors give access to the spacious terrace of 80 m² with barbecue area which covers the side and the back (partially shaded / sunny) of the house. Free and wide views. A luxury garden furniture set with deck chairs and a wooden dining table with matching chairs make eating outside or barbecuing a pleasure. The pool is enclosed by a wooden fence. On the ground floor there are two (children's) bedrooms with bunk beds and a master bedroom with a double bed. Separate toilet, bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with a double bed. Baby bed and chair (folding) available. Furthermore, on the property there is parking for two cars. A large garden with lawns, vineyard and playground equipment. In short, a lovely villa with all modern conveniences and where you will quickly feel at home.

Walk through the nearby woods, descend to the meandering La Loue River, enjoy the space and rural atmosphere. Or simply sit on the beautiful terrace by the private pool, enjoying a glass of wine and the wonderful view. This nature house offers children plenty of space and the absolute silence and relaxation that adults love. However, in the (immediate) vicinity you will find plenty of opportunities for all kinds of activities such as horseback riding, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boats, sailing (Lac Rouffiac is nearby), climbing, many hiking trails, visiting numerous castles, gardens, caves (Lascaux) and villages. Or you try one of those cozy French restaurants (the cuisine of the Périgord is famous). For all daily shopping and / or needed amenities, the villages Excideuil (eight kilometers), Lanouaille (eight kilometers) and Hautfort (fifteen kilometers) are nearby. The cities of Perigueux (35 kilometers), Limoges (45 kilometers), Montignac (45 kilometers), Sarlat (70 kilometers) and Bergerac (85 kilometers) are easily accessible and well worth a visit. There are also many brocantes, markets, music festivals and regional festivals.
