A small, detached nature house located on a water source and fully equipped. A hallway, a good bathroom with shower, sink and DRY TOILET BRAND SEPARET and living/bedroom with dining table, chairs and lovely 1m60 x 2m00. In addition, there is a kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, and storage closet. This cottage is unique in that it has unobstructed views everywhere, is very cozy and has plenty of privacy. Good outdoor furniture, and lots of outdoor space. A cottage to unwind in the middle of nature. There is a large area to park your car. There is NO pool but the cottage is located on a natural water source and the Dordogne River is at 5 kilometers.

A valley with natural water sources, forest, hills, a cave and meadow. Unique starry skies, silence, security. No matter which way you look, everywhere is beautiful. A unique place because the spring water is 13 degrees and the valley gives shelter. There are banana trees, figs, pigeon vines, medicinal herbs, deer, roe deer and wild boar in the garden. The property is located in a valley, three kilometers from the town of Souillac, where the landlords own some 1.5 hectares of valley. This valley is special because of its natural water sources. The spring water and river water but also the sheltered valley ensures that the flora and fauna is wonderfully diverse. Nearby you can buy fresh trout.The cottage is centrally located in terms of tourist attractions, 3 km from Souillac, 20 minutes from Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme
