In the Nièvre-Burgundy region, just outside the village of Marigny sur Yonne, you will find this nature house. It is the first cottage in the pictures, nice and close to the swimming pool. It stands with three other cottages on a beautiful property (8000 m²). 0pen view over the horse pasture on Le Canal du Nivernais. Located between fields and forests, enjoy a vacation in a cozy 35m2 "Basic" gîte that still has all the comfort needed. Open kitchen/living room & 2 bedrooms + sanitary room "walk-in shower". Suitable for two to 6 people (maximum four adults). At the front is a spacious covered terrace, d overlooking the valley. The pleasant living area with open kitchen is complete to conjure delicious meals on the table: coffee maker, kettle, combination oven/microwave and fridge with freezer. Each cottage has a barbecue. SUMMER-season= 15/6 until September 1st; only rental/week= arrival/departure= ON SATURDAY
Nature and surroundings
Everything is there for a we live especially outdoor vacation> relaxation and adventure> the Morvan "adjacent" natural park is the green lung of central France. Hiking, montainbike, canoeing, rafting and tree climbing courses. Ideal for both families with children and couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I often have families/friends/colleagues/cyclists/motorcycle groups renting multiple cottages together. Also the more mature "retired" people find the place in the still untouched nature blissful! The Burgundian cuisine & tranquility can be alternated with visiting authentic cities, museums and an offer full of culture. The nature house is surrounded by rolling meadows and forests. At 500 meters you will find the canal du Nivernais, one of the most beautiful French canals! Very charming to walk with its many locks and and accompanying houses and bridges & authentic villages. Right next to it flows the river le Yonne, children can play safely & build a dam> shallow.
