Crossing the river d'Olenne into the garden, you enter France. The woody and picturesque setting takes you to a different world. From the 2.5 hectare domain several walking or biking routes start right at the doorstep. The house is fully furnished with a spacious living room, a cozy living room and a spacious dining room. There are seven bedrooms with shower and toilet. This house is mainly intended to receive (family) groups. Non-family groups are accepted, upon agreement of the landlord. This has to be known in advance for any special needs and special requests. Two pets (possibly more) are welcome after consultation. You will take care of the travel documents for the animals yourself. Smoking is not allowed in this house.

This piece of the Ardennes is almost pristine, you can walk and cycle for hours without encountering anyone. The hiking trails through the valley or the extensive forests start right at the door of the house. The road next to the house leads to the Col d'Olenne, famous by the experienced cyclists. The French town of Givet is only five kilometers away. The historic buildings, including an impressive fort on the Meuse are well worth a visit. This town has the largest swimming paradise of the (French) Ardennes. There is no shortage of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Dinant is 20 minutes away with its super-cozy Meuse terrace and the famous Citadel. Worth a visit! The house is a blissful place to chat, relax with a nice glass of wine or glass of port and charge your batteries at the same time.
