This nature house is a romantic and spacious chalet (at 1020 meters altitude) located on the southern slope with panoramic views. The house can accommodate six people and has three double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds. The cozy living room has a fireplace and stove-oven. Also in the house are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. The authentic Austrian kitchen has a cozy dining area. The house is located on a narrow mountain road (in winter snow chains may be necessary to get to the top) on a spacious lot with sun beds in the garden. On the large balcony-terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the valley.
Nature and surroundings
At 15 car minutes is the ski area Zell am See - Kaprun. A connection to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area has recently been realized. Kaprun's glacier is open about nine months a year. Often skiing is possible until June. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and cross-country skiing in this beautiful region. When Zellersee is frozen, you can skate on natural ice. Zell am See is praised for its good restaurants and shopping opportunities. The region is known as a four-season region. During the summer months there are many possibilities in the immediate vicinity of the house, such as hiking in the adjacent forest, mountain biking, tennis, swimming, golf, horseback riding, rafting and various water sports on the Zellersee. Hiking trails start right next to the house, including to the Moosalm-Adamhütte.
