Nature house in Perarrúa

This nature house with pool is located in Perarrúa in the Spanish Pyrenees. It is suitable for a stay in all seasons. The valley has a microclimate, so the weather is almost always nice. This nature house has six bedrooms, two toilets, two showers and two sinks. The living room, dining room and kitchen are situated in one large room with a cozy wood stove. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen has a six-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Furthermore, all the necessities for a household. There is a large covered terrace facing south with tables and chairs. There are sun loungers for sunbathers. Two terraces below is the natural swimming pool. The natural pool is sometimes shared with the landlord (working and living in the Netherlands) and is supplied with flowing water from the river. The manager lives in the village and the landlords live in the small adjoining house a few times a year.

The nature house is located 150 meters from the small village of Perarrúa. Surrounding the cottage is rugged nature with paths to abandoned villages and beautiful viewpoints. The valley in which the nature house is located has a fantastic microclimate. There are birds of prey, songbirds, vultures, butterflies, lizards, badgers, geckos, martens, foxes,wild boars, mountain goats and much more. A gentle breeze provides the necessary cooling. Most summer storms pass north of the valley. The mountain is a petrified dune, unique in Europe and often visited by geologists. Along Perarrúa flows the clean mountain river Rio Esera (with nice beach near the village). From hiking to cycling. Spring; plenty of flowering trees, shrubs and poppies. Autumn; yellow, red, orange and brown colors all around you, beautiful red sunsets. Winter; nice and warm in the house and in the sun on the terrace. Within an hour you are on the ski slopes. All kinds of activities are available in the area, such as mountain biking, rafting, canyoning, swimming, hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, photography and fishing.
