Characteristic, detached nature house with comfort, large private garden and , playground, rural location in the heart of Brittany. The nature house is located in the countryside, on a quiet country road in the middle of nature. No other holidaymakers and/or nearby neighbors. Ideal vacation spot for nature lovers, walkers and cyclists. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, ideal for people who prefer not to use stairs. The large private garden gives complete peace and privacy (more than 3500 m²) with a playground; swings, sandbox, slide, trampoline, ping pong table etc. In short: enjoy your well deserved vacation in this cozy, comfortable nature house in complete privacy with peace and quiet around you. In the months of October to April are the electricity costs above the price, adhv consumption. In the period May to September, is 150 kW per week included in the price.
Nature and surroundings
Because of its central location in Brittany, the nature house is an ideal base for discovering Brittany. Within 10 minutes you are at the local stores, supermarkets (+drive), weekly market, restaurants, office de tourisme (tourist office) and (indoor) swimming pool. Close to Brittany's largest lake, Lac de Guerledan, with its sandy beaches and water sports activities. Within an hour by car of the coast. The beautiful beaches and the pink granite coast are well worth a visit. In the nature house there are books and magazines as well as brochures and info on what to do in the area. Walking and cycling routes, info on markets, info on flea markets/vide grenier, amusement parks, swimming pools, castles, gardens and boat trips.
