Nature house in Uxeau

In the south of Burgundy, about 830 kilometers from Utrecht, lies this nature house. The nature house is located in the middle of nature and yet within walking distance of the village of Uxeau. In this characteristic long-gabled farmhouse is a cozy house for four people. Indoors there is also a large barn where children can enjoy themselves. The outdoor space is generous: a cozy garden around the house, with two terraces, a canopy for when the weather is not so good and several sun and shade spots. The farmhouse is completely free, with the first neighbors at 80 meters, ensuring privacy in the private garden.

The nature house is located near the Bois de la Vella and not far from the Morvan nature reserve, with its vast forests, hills, lands and lakes. The cottage is located on a quiet and low-traffic country road, in a rolling green area near Mont Dardon, a mountain beloved by hikers and famous for its panoramic views from the top. In the meadows surrounding the farm, Charolais cows with their calves graze and a roe deer or a bird of prey flying overhead can regularly be spotted. From the front terrace of the cottage you have a fantastic view; in clear weather you can see for miles. In the vicinity are several small lakes. About four kilometers from the nature house is a fishing lake, where tenants of this nature house may fish for free. The fishing lake is in fact owned by the landlord.
