This nature house (smoke-free!) is beautifully located in a wooded area in the Achterhoek, between Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. It has a living room, conservatory, one bedroom, open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is TV and internet (WiFi!) via fiber optic cable and central heating (boiler 2019). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, blender, toaster, kettle, juicer and oven. A washing machine, freezer and a vacuum cleaner are of course not missing. Crockery and cutlery is plentiful. Since the landlord stays there regularly, there are all kinds of kitchen supplies that can be used. Furthermore, many books, comics, puzzles and games. Outside is a water tap. There are also outdoor garden chairs, a table, six chairs, a lounge sofa and a parasol. There are plenty of shade options. In the shed there are three bicycles.
Nature and surroundings
The terrace of the nature house is completely sheltered and invisible from the road. In the garden there are mainly tall pines and oaks. There is a pond with frogs. Around the house there are many hedges, bamboo trees and rhododendrons. It has a beautiful view over fields and forests. All information regarding the cottage and amenities in the area can be found in a folder that is ready to hand. The house is secluded on a dirt road, near moors. At 400 meters is a cozy forest restaurant, the Zessprong, start and end point of cycling and hiking tours. Also nearby is a true vineyard, also called the Zessprong, with a cozy terrace. Three kilometers away is the Museum MORE in Gorssel. Also supermarkets (open on Sundays) at four kilometers, in Gorssel and Eefde.
