The nature house is located right by the sea, on a large piece of land and is part of Arrabida Natural Park. It is built on top of an ancient, horizontally growing Portuguese Pine tree. The sea is a 5-minute walk and in 20 minutes you walk to the beach. The land gives beautiful views of the sea, the lights of Lisbon, Cascais and the mountains of Sintra. The sunsets are unforgettable. In the background you can hear the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. F. Pessoa, the great Portuguese poet, was the inspiration for the treehouse. The 2 skylights, let you enjoy nature even more. The kitchen is simple but has everything to prepare fine meals, including a small refrigerator. The double bed has a good mattress. Unser Baumhaus war herrlich rustikal und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt dort brauchten. Wir haben nichts, vermisst! Unsere Gastgeber waren immer für uns da, wenn wir sie mal brauchten und standen uns sehr freundlich und total authentisch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir werden sicherlich wieder einen Urlaub bei ihnen verbringen!
